Dear Authors of Accepted Workshop Papers,
Congratulations on your excellent research work to be included in the Technical Program of QShine 2006 Workshops.  Please carefully read the following instructions to prepare for and submit your camera-ready manuscript.
Registration.  Each accepted paper must be accompanied with one full, non-student registration, even if all co-authors of the paper are students.  Please visit http://www.qshine.org/register.html and use the convenient secure on-line registration form to submit your registration.  Please note that your paper(s) will not be included in the proceedings if you fail to register by the above deadline.
Submitting your camera-ready manuscripts.  After you have successfully completed the registration process, you will receive further instructions that include the URL of the camera-ready upload web site for your paper.  It may take up to 48 hours to 72 hours for your on-line registration to be processed.  If you do not receive your camera-ready submission instructions three days after you register, please contact registration@icst.org.
For workshop papers, please submit your finalized camera-ready manuscripts by July 11, 2006.
Submitting your Copyright Form.  Please fax the ACM Copyright Form, downloadable at http://www.qshine.org/register.html, to ICST at +(36)-1-3494355 or email it to Kitti Kovacs (kitti.k@icst.org).  You will be notified only if your copyright form is not complete or not received.
Formatting your camera-ready manuscripts.  Please prepare your camera-ready manuscripts using the standard two-column ACM format, with detailed guidelines downloadable at http://www.x-cd.com/qshine06/guidelines.html.  We allow a maximum of 10 pages in the proceedings for regular papers, and 6 pages for short papers, including all figures, tables and references.  If you require additional space, a maximum of 4 additional pages may be acquired for US $100 per page.  Please plan ahead on the number of pages of your camera-ready manuscripts, and cover the extra-page charges during the registration process when you fill out the registration forms.
Sincerely yours,
